Android Studio is an incredibly powerful tool. You probably couldn't explore all of its menus and built-in capabilities if you tried.

One of my personal favourite parts of it is the version control support. In this talk, I'll show you how easy it is to use Git and perform version control tasks in general within Android Studio. No third-party tools required!

Kotlin Multiplatform became stable last year, making it ready for production use for anyone looking to share code between platforms. In this talk, we'll take a look at what that announcement means for Kotlin Multiplatform, and how the technology is evolving now, beyond the stable release.

You'll hear about UI sharing with Compose Multiplatform, the latest of multiplatform tooling with Fleet, the experimental Amper project, and more!

Speaker Bio

Márton is a Kotlin Developer Advocate at JetBrains, working on making Kotlin Multiplatform awesome. Passionate about education, he’s a guest lecturer at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.

He’s been contributing to the community through writing, speaking, and open source libraries since his university days. He is a Google Developer Expert for Android and Kotlin, and a co-organizer of Android Budapest and Android Worldwide.
