Working across timezones tips and tricks
After more than 4 years working remotely in a team across wide timezone I got a few tips and tricks. I will try to give attendees tips beyond working on shifted hours.
Most of the talk will not be about what works for me but what works for some of my coworkers on different teams and roles company-wide (manager and designer).
If attendees are or have been in the same situation, I would invite them to sit in the front row and, if they are comfortable, to share what worked for them. The idea is to have a discussion on what and why something will work for someone but not for someone else.
